Drawing on her knowledge and experience as a classically-trained Naturopath and Certified Natural Health Professional, Lisa Grazan will be sharing her thoughts and insights as a Panelist at the upcomimg Wellness Disruptors Conference as she and her fellow panelists specifically address the topics of Rest, Ritual and Mental Health. Â Wellness Disruptors is a one-day conference sponsored by The Wild Rose Collective and is designed to build a more diverse wellness commuity in Pittsburgh and beyond.
